This article provides information on how Metered Billing (Content Widgets that are billed per Display) will affect your bill.
How do I tell if a Content Widget is billed per Display?
When browsing products at the Rise Vision Store, each item will have a cost associated with it unless it is a free product. If the product price is listed as “Starting at $X per Display per Month”, it is billed per Display.
How will a billed per Display product affect my bill?
You will be charged for each Display that a per Display Content Widget appears on.
E.g. I have a Presentation with the Facebook Feed Widget. I have assigned this Presentation to 3 Displays, all 3 Displays were online sometime during the past month. I will be charged $9 for use of the Facebook Feed Widget on 3 Displays ($3/Display x 3 Displays) and the related Display Names and ID’s will be shown on the invoice.
Why do Displays that I deleted show on my bill?
If a Display was used in conjunction with a billed per Display product during the billing cycle, that Display name will still appear on the invoice alongside the charges for that billing cycle.
E.g., If a Display was active for the first day or two of the current billing cycle, then deleted on the third day, it would be charged the per Display fee because it was active during the billing period. A Display will be charged the per Display fee even if it is only active for one day of a billing period.
