Go to https://displays.risevision.com and select the Display you want to check. The Display's Settings will be presented where you can find the Player Version.
The version of Rise Player will include a release date. In this example, this Display is running a version of Rise Player that was released on March 29th, 2017.
If your Player version does not follow the format of “Rise Player Electron YYYY.MM.DD.XX.XX” you should upgrade to the latest version as soon as possible.
