This article describes how to have your account set up for invoices, and how to purchase from the store on an invoice basis.
Set up “On Account” billing
If you want to be invoiced for your Store purchases rather than paying by credit card, you’ll need to apply for On Account billing. You can apply for an account by clicking the “Need Help” button at the top right of apps.risevision.com, then click “Get Support”. Search for Invoice, then click “Open a Support Ticket”. Fill out the form you are presented with, and let us know you’re looking to set up invoicing, as well as the products that you would like to purchase on the invoice.
Once you’re set up with On Account billing, you’ll be ready to purchase from the store using your account credit. Invoices for subscriptions will be generated immediately, while invoices for hardware orders will take place after the order has been fulfilled.
How can I pay using On Account billing?
With an item in your shopping cart, click “Place your order”. The Place Your Order dialog will open. Under “Payment Method” select “On Account”.
How do I submit a Purchase Order?
You don’t need to send us a copy of your Purchase Order to make a purchase from the Rise Vision Store. After your order is placed on the store, it will begin being processed automatically.
