This article explains what causes the "Error: User already exists" message, and how to resolve it.
This error will occur when an email address has already been used on Rise Vision. In most cases, this is because someone tried to log in using their email account, inadvertently creating a Rise Vision account for that email address.
To solve this, the user will need to log in to risevision.com using the email address that you would like to add to your account. They will then need to delete the user from their company. After deletion, you will be able to add that user’s email address to your Rise Vision Company.
