If you are experiencing a hardware failure on an Intel NUC or Compute Stick that you purchased from TheBookPC, please follow the instructions below to confirm if your hardware is under warranty.
Confirm if the Media Player is under warranty here.
- Select Board or Kit as the Product Type.
- In the Serial Number and Stock Number Fields, enter the Serial Number and Stock Number, available on the bottom of your Media Player.:
- If your hardware is under warranty and you would like to request a replacement, please follow the steps on this page; specifically downloading the RMA PDF form, filling it out, and mailing it back to rma@thebookpc.com. TheBookPC will respond shortly with additional instructions.
- If your device is not under warranty, you can view all supported devices available from TheBookPC here, or use your own device, as long as it is running a supported operating system, which you can read about here.
If you are replacing the unit, and you require a technician to come onsite to replace the unit, please contact Rise Vision at support@risevision.com to get a quote for a tech to come onsite and replace the device.
