If you are experiencing a hardware failure on an Intel NUC or Compute Stick that you purchased from the Rise Vision Store, and do not have a Priority Support subscription please follow the instructions below to confirm if your hardware is under warranty.
Confirm if the Media Player is under warranty here.
- Select Board or Kit as the Product Type
- Enter your Serial Number, this is available on the bottom of your Media Player
- In Stocking ID/Part # enter 1
