If you are experiencing a hardware failure on an Intel NUC or Compute Stick that you purchased from the Rise Vision Store, and do not have a Priority Support subscription please follow the instructions below to confirm if your hardware is under warranty.
Confirm if the Media Player is under warranty here.
- Select Board or Kit as the Product Type
- In the serial number and stock number fields, enter the Serial Number and Stock Number, available on the bottom of your Media Player.
If your hardware is under warranty and you would like to request a replacement, please complete this form. The Book PC will respond with further instructions.
