If you are tax exempt, make sure that you follow this process before you purchase anything from the Rise Vision Store. Please note that we CANNOT REFUND TAXES after a purchase has been made.
To submit a Tax Exemption, you will need a tax exemption certificate. If you do not have this, you cannot submit a tax exemption request.
When logged into https://apps.risevision.com, from the top right, select “See Our Plans”:
From there, you can select the Plan you want to go with by clicking the “Subscribe” button under the plan you prefer.
In the Checkout process, the final stage is the Purchase Review. On this page, you will see a button marked “Tax Exemption”. Click on this button to submit your Tax Exemption.
In the following screen, enter the required information to submit your tax exemption. The Expiry date is not required, but if one exists on your certificate, it is recommended to enter in:
Once you have entered all required information, press “Submit Tax Exemption”. As long as there are no errors, the Purchase Review page will be updated to show the following:
If you pay the entire amount now, this will include taxes, and as mentioned at the start of this article, taxes cannot be refunded. Typically tax exemption approvals take 1 business day or less. If you return to the Purchase Review page 1 business day after submitting your request and it has not been processed, contact email@example.com to ask on the status of your tax exemption submission.
