If you login to risevision.com, and see a blank company with no presentations, displays, schedules, subscriptions, or other content, you may have logged in using the wrong email address.
When logged into apps.risevision.com, look at the top right corner of your browser window. Confirm that the email address that you are logged in with is correct, if it is not, click Sign Out and login with the correct email address.
If you are logging in with an email address that should be associated with another company, and is instead associated with a blank company, a System Administrator will need to delete the user from the blank company. After deletion, you will be able to add that email address to the correct company.
