When you use a Premium Content Widget in a Presentation, you may get the message “You are not authorized to show this Widget.”
There are a few situations that would cause this message to appear:
- You may not have purchased a subscription for this Widget
- You may have purchased a subscription for this Widget, however, the subscription was actually purchased under a different company name, e.g., a sub-company name rather than a parent company name
- You purchased a subscription, however, it has now expired
You can purchase a new subscription or renew an expired subscription online through our Store if you have already set up billing with us. If you have not, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
