If you see no signal or there is nothing appearing on your Display, you may be impacted by one of the scenarios below.
Display is powered off
Verify that your Display is plugged in and powered on. You can do this by pressing any of the menu buttons on the remote control, or on the Display itself.
Media Player is not plugged into the Display
Verify that the video cable is plugged into both the Media Player and the correct input on the Display.
Display is on the incorrect input
Verify that the input on the Display is set to the same input that the Media Player is connected to.
Media Player is not broadcasting video
Plug your Media Player into an alternate Display, e.g. a computer monitor. Verify that the Media Player does display content on the alternate Display.
Media Player is still not showing any content
You may have a defective Media Player. Contact the manufacturer of your hardware for additional support.
