This article explains how you can change the credit card you're using to pay a subscription or change the User that is paying for the subscription.
Go to the Store account page at https://store.risevision.com/account. You'll be prompted to sign in if you're not already. You can also select Store Account from the top right menu if you're already logged into Rise Vision.
Go to the Subscriptions section and select the subscription you want to update by clicking on the related details link.
On the subscription details page you'll see what User is currently paying for the subscription and what credit card they are using to pay for it.
If you're the User paying for the subscription and would like to change the credit card.
- Click on the 'Mange Credit Cards' link and add a new default credit card to use on this subscription and any other subscription you are paying for in the Company. More on this below.
If you would like to change the User that is paying for the subscription.
- Click on the 'Change Who Pays For The Subscription' link and choose a new User from the list. If you need to add a new User and not sure how to do that check out this article about User management.
After clicking on 'Manage Credit Cards' you'll see a list of existing credit cards if you have any on file and a button to 'Add New Card'.
Select the Default Card option to make this the new card that you want to use on the subscription you are updating and any other subscription you are paying for in the Company.
