You cannot recover a password that is set on your account, but you can reset a password.
There are 3 ways to login to Rise Vision:
- Using a Single Sign-On (SSO) account.
- Using a Google or Gmail account and password.
- Using a Rise Vision account and password.
Single Sign-On (SSO) Account
Please note that Rise Vision Support will be unable to help you recover or reset your SSO password.
If your account uses SSO to sign into Rise Vision, and you click Forgot Password, this message will be displayed:
You will need to contact your System Administrator to reset your password. After resetting your password, that is the password you will use to sign into Rise Vision.
Google Account
Please note that Rise Vision Support will be unable to help you recover or reset your Google password.
If you signed up for Rise Vision with a Google account and you need to reset your password follow this guide.
- Navigate to apps.risevision.com.
- Click the Sign in with Google button.
- Fill out your email address, and click Next.
- Click Forgot password?
Depending on your Google account recovery options, you will need to provide additional information to change the password on the account.
Rise Vision Account & Password
If you signed up for Rise Vision without Google authentication, and your account does not use SSO, follow these steps to reset your password.
- Navigate to apps.risevision.com.
- Click Forgot your password? Please note that if you have not previously set up your password, clicking Forgot your password will not work.
- Fill out your email address and click Reset Password.
Instructions for resetting your password will be delivered to your email inbox.
