If you’ve forgotten your Rise Vision password or need to change it, you can reset it in a few quick steps using your email address.
Requirements
- Access to the email address associated with your Rise Vision account.
- Make sure emails from support@risevision.com are not blocked or sent to your spam folder.
Limitations
- If your account uses Single Sign On (SSO), Rise Vision cannot reset your password. Contact your system administrator to set a new password.
Instructions

Go to the login page
Visit risevision.com and click Log In in the top-right corner. -
Depending on your email, do different things:
- If you normally use the Sign in with Google button, select Sign in with Google.
- Fill in your email address, then click Next.
- Click Forgot password? and follow the Google recovery options.
- If you do not use the Sign in with Google button, click the Forgot password? link below the login fields.
- Type the email address associated with your Rise Vision account and click Send Reset Link.
Note: if you have been invited to this account by another user and never set a password then this will not work.
- Type the email address associated with your Rise Vision account and click Send Reset Link.
- If you normally use the Sign in with Google button, select Sign in with Google.

Check your inbox
Look for an email from support@risevision.com with the subject “Reset your Rise Vision password.”- If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Click the reset link
In the email, click the link provided. This will open a page where you can enter a new password. -
Enter your new password
Choose a secure password, confirm it, and click Reset Password.
You're all set! You can now log in to Rise Vision using your updated password.
