It is possible to modify your subscription in different ways, including moving from an individual subscription to a Plan, changing plans, or changing a subscription from monthly to yearly billing. We can also work with you to change the Company Name, Address, and Attention To information on your Subscription as well.
Cancelling a Subscription to go with a plan, or changing plans.
- Purchase the plan you want to go with by logging into the Rise Vision Store, and selecting the plan you want from the list of plans available. Add the plan to your cart, and then go to your cart. Go through the purchase process to purchase the plan, and then verify that it shows on your Store Account page in the Subscriptions section:
- Cancel the subscription that is no longer necessary by following the steps in the How do I cancel a subscription? article.
- If you require a refund for payment made on the now cancelled subscription, follow the steps listed here to request a refund.
How can I change my subscription that is billed monthly to yearly billing?
- Log into https://store.risevision.com and go to the Account page by clicking the Account link at the top of the page.
- Cancel the subscription you want to change to yearly by following the steps in the How do I cancel a subscription? article.
- Go to the Store page by clicking the Store link at the top of the page, and search for the product that you just canceled the monthly subscription for.
- In the settings for that product, select the yearly option, then add it to your cart, and go to your cart. Follow the purchase process to purchase the yearly option:
- If you require a refund for payment made on the cancelled subscription, follow the steps listed here to request a refund.
How can I change the Company Name, Address, and Attention To information on my subscription?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the changes needed on your subscription, and we will be able to change that for you. Some common examples are if you have changed the name of your Company after you purchased your subscription, or perhaps there has been a staff change that requires changing the Attention To name on the invoice.
Rise Vision can work with you to change the Company name, address, or Attention To on UNPAID invoices, but we cannot change the information on invoices that have been paid.
