It is possible to be setup to purchase without using a credit card. You also have the option of entering in a PO number for the subscription, which will be reflected in all invoices for the subscription. This PO number can be updated at any time.
Starting a new Subscription
When logged into https://apps.risevision.com, from the top right, select “See Our Plans”:
From there, you can select the Plan you want to go with by clicking the “Subscribe” button under the plan you prefer.
In the Checkout process, you will arrive at the Payment Method page. On this page, instead us using a credit card, change the Payment Method to “Invoice Me”. You can also enter the PO number at this time.
Follow the process to complete the purchase, and instead of charging a credit card, you will be emailed an invoice that includes all details of the subscription, including the PO number and remittance address, that you have 30 days to pay.
Updating the PO Number for a Subscription
Sometimes you may need to update the PO number that appears on an invoice. To do so, log into https://apps.risevision.com/billing, and click “Edit” on the subscription you need to update the PO number for:

Editing an existing subscription from credit card to PO
If you want to change an existing subscription that you currently pay via credit card to being paid via PO, please contact email@example.com with the subscription ID(s) that you want changed over, and we can investigate the eligibility of your request.
