In the case you accidentally purchase a subscription for the wrong Company, the best option is to cancel the subscription in the incorrect Company, and purchase it in the correct one.
**IMPORTANT**: Storage content cannot be moved from one Company to another, so if you purchased a Plan for the wrong Company, all Storage content will have to be downloaded from the Storage library of the incorrect Company, and uploaded to the Storage library of the correct Company once you have setup the subscription. Make sure to download the content in the Storage library prior to cancelling the subscription. To cancel and recreate the subscription in the correct Company:
- Cancel the incorrect subscription by following the steps in the article How do I cancel a subscription?
- If you need a refund for any portion of the incorrectly purchased subscription, follow the steps in the article How do I request a refund?
- Log into https://apps.risevision.com/billing, and follow the process to purchase a subscription for the Sub Company that is billed to the Parent Company.
