Template availability
Over the coming months, more templates will gain AppleTV compatibility. Check back every week or two to see what new presentation templates have become available.
Scheduling content for your Apple TV
Like any other Rise Vision Display, your Apple TV display will follow the schedule playlist that is assigned to it.
If your Apple TV display shares a schedule with other types of Rise Vision Displays, content that isn't supported yet will simply be skipped on the Apple TV and play normally on other displays. Incompatible presentations within the schedule will also be labeled with a watermark for easy visibility.
When a schedule is saved, Rise Vision will take a moment to ensure the content is properly rendered for AppleTV compatibility. This means that a new or modified schedule will take 30 seconds longer to be seen on a display, as compared to a non-AppleTV media player. If a large amount of content is added to a schedule, the wait may even be several minutes.
You can learn more about how to use and manage schedules in this article.
