How do I show a Word document on my Rise Vision Display?

You can upload a Word document directly into a Playlist template to have it show on your Rise Vision Display. The word document must be saved in docx format.

This short video goes over the upload process:

1. Create a presentation from a Playlist template, like this one.
2. In the list of options on the left, choose “Playlist”.
3. Click on “Add”.
4. Choose “Document”.
5. Click on “Upload File”.
6. Choose the docx file on your desktop to upload.

Once uploaded, the file will be automatically processed and converted into a format Rise Player can show. When you’re done customizing the template, click on “Publish” on the top-right to add the presentation to a schedule.
