How do I show a PowerPoint presentation on my Rise Vision Display?

You can upload a PowerPoint presentation directly into a Playlist template to have it show on your Rise Vision Display. The file must be saved in pptx format.

The PowerPoint presentation will be converted automatically into images, so animations and videos will not be retained. If your presentation has video content or animations, it’s recommended to convert your PowerPoint presentation into a video in PowerPoint before uploading it.

This short video goes over the upload process:

1. Create a presentation from a Playlist template, like this one.
2. In the list of options on the left, choose “Playlist”.
3. Click on “Add”.
4. Choose “Document”.
5. Click on “Upload File”.
6. Choose the pptx on your desktop to upload.

Once uploaded, the file will be automatically processed and converted into a format Rise Player can show. When you’re done customizing the template, click on “Publish” on the top-right to add the presentation to a schedule.
