How do I show an Excel spreadsheet on my Rise Vision Display?

You can upload an Excel spreadsheet directly into a Playlist template to have it show on your Rise Vision Display. The file must be saved in xlsx format.

This short video goes over the upload process:

1. Create a presentation from a Playlist template, like this one.
2. In the list of options on the left, choose “Playlist”.
3. Click on “Add”.
4. Choose “Document”.
5. Click on “Upload File”.
6. Choose the xlsx file on your desktop to upload.

Once uploaded, the file will be automatically processed and converted into a format Rise Player can show. If there is too much data to show on a single screen, the spreadsheet will automatically be arranged into a slideshow and show as much data as possible per slide.

When you’re done customizing the template, click on “Publish” on the top-right to add the presentation to a schedule.
