A screenshot of the content currently playing on your Display is available for supported media players on the Display Settings page.
Go to your Displays tab, and select the Display you want to view. On the left side of the page, you will see a screenshot showing what is currently playing on the Display. If your Display is currently online, the screenshot will refresh with the current content on the Display:
The Refresh button at the top right of the screenshot will request a new screenshot from the media player, and if successful, the screenshot and timestamp the screenshot was taken will be updated.
If the Display is currently offline, the screenshot will be the last one acquired before the Display went offline, and the Refresh option will not be available.
Some media players do not support screenshots, so you will only see the message “This media player does not support screenshots”, and the Refresh option will not be available.
