The Avocor R-Series is an all-in-one Hardware as a Service (HAAS) device that simplifies your digital signage needs by combining the display screen and media player into a single unit. Built for education and commercial use, the Avocor R-Series display is managed and supported by Rise Vision, so you can focus on the message you're communicating, not the technology to deliver it.
What does the subscription include?
As a fully-managed Hardware-as-a-Service device, the Avocor R-Series subscription includes a level of service not available with any other display:
- A purpose-built display screen and powerful media player combined together, so no other hardware purchase is necessary.
- The device is managed and maintained by the Rise Vision Support team. Plug the device in, connect it to the internet, and we’ll take it from there with patch management and security.
- Hardware and software support. If there’s a problem with the device, we will use remote access to troubleshoot and fix the problem. If we can’t fix the device remotely, we’ll send you a replacement.
- Upgrades at regular intervals. When your hardware is due to be upgraded, we’ll let you know and send you replacements.
How do I setup the Avocor R-Series Display?
Depending on the whether the display will be leg or wall mounted, the physical setup of the device will differ. To make things simpler, you may want to temporarily skip mounting the unit (step 1) and continue through the setup with the device lying down on a table. Once you’ve done all other Avocor set up steps, you can easily move the unit to its intended location and perform to the mounting.
