Some Widgets require either a subscription, or are included with one of our Plans. If you do not have an active subscription or trial to a premium Widget, an error message will appear on your Display instead of the premium Widget.
Confirm that you have an active subscription to the content displaying the error message.
Navigate to store.risevision.com and login. Click Account at the top of the screen, scroll down to the Subscriptions and Subscription Trials. Find the name of the Widget that is showing the error message and confirm it’s subscription status. If it is listed under Subscriptions or Subscription Trials, but is highlighted red and shows a status of Expired, click the Purchase link to the far right to set up your subscription.
Assign a subscription to a Display.
Once you have verified that you have an active subscription to a Widget, you will need to assign that Widget to a specific Display. Click Details on the subscription.
Click Select Displays, and assign the Widget to a Display.
