In the Rise Vision store we offer Per Display content. Per Display content must be activated on your Display(s) in order for it to appear in the Presentations running on your Display(s). If you do not assign Per Display content to your Display(s), you will see a Product Not Authorized error in place of the content when the Presentation is running on your Display(s).
How do I assign Per Display content to Displays?
In the following example I’ve used the Youtube Widget to demonstrate the required steps to activate Per Display content on your Display(s), however, these steps apply to any Per Display content offered in our store.
- Login to your store.risevision.com account and navigate to the Account section.
- Scroll down to the Subscriptions section of the Account page and select Details next to your content Subscription.
- On the Subscription details page click the Select Display(s) button
- In the window that pops up click the checkbox next to the Displays that you’d like to show the Per Display content on and click Apply.
Some legacy content Subscriptions will not have the options listed above in the Subscription details, such as this one:
If you see this please contact Support so that we can update the Subscription to allow assigning content to Displays.
