If you signed up for Rise Vision on or after August 30th, 2018 use this Store Documentation as reference. If you signed on or before August 29th, 2018 refer to this documentation.
If you haven’t yet subscribed to a Plan, you’ll see a link to See Our Plans. Click this link to see the different available plans. The Starter, Basic, and Advanced plans start with a 14 day free trial.
If you’re currently on a plan, after logging into Rise Vision, a notification bar at the top of your screen shows the current Plan you’re subscribed to. If you want to change your Plan, click Change Plan.
When you pick the Plan that works for you, you’ll need to set up your billing details. Click Subscribe Now in the notification bar at the top of your screen.
Note: If you’re on a trial and want to downgrade (E.g. you are on a trial of the Advanced Plan and would like to subscribe to a Basic Plan instead) you will need to wait until the trial expires to set up a subscription to the lower tier Plan. If you’re already a subscriber and want to downgrade, click the Downgrade button beneath the Plan you want to downgrade to, and follow the instructions to submit a request.
Click the Subscribe button under the plan you have selected.
After clicking Subscribe for your selected plan, you’ll be able to add more Licensed Displays if you need them. You can add more at any time, see Manage your account. If you don’t need any extra Displays at this time, select 0. If you need additional Displays, add them to the additional Display Licenses box and your total monthly or annually billed amount will change automatically.
Click continue, then fill out your Billing and Shipping address information.
Note: If you already have a credit card on file, it will appear in the second dropdown menu, with the Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV fields filled out.
Fill in the Cardholder Name, Card Number, Expiry Date, and CVV fields. Please note that the Billing Address you provided will need to match the address on record with the issuing bank.
Click Continue to review your billing details and complete your Plan purchase.
To pay using a PO, there is no need to email Rise Vision a copy of the PO, simply follow the steps in this article.
If you are a Tax Exempt Company, follow the process outlined in this article to submit your tax exemption certificate.
