If you signed up for Rise Vision on or after August 30th, 2018 use this Store Documentation as reference. If you signed on or before August 29th, 2018 refer to this documentation.
At the top right of your screen, click your profile icon, then click Account & Billing.
The second field of this page shows all of your current subscriptions. Click Edit to manage a subscription.
Here you can change the shipping address, payment method, or the Company ID that the subscription belongs to (if you have sub-companies), or update the purchase order number.
Click Edit Subscription.
If you need additional Licenses to your Plan, click Change Plan.
Under your current subscription, click Purchase Additional Licenses.
Click Edit next to your current subscription.
Click Cancel Subscription.
On the next page, please provide a reason for cancellation, and click Confirm Cancellation.
Click Edit Payment Methods.
Click Add New to add a new credit card to your account.
Select an existing card, then click Remove Payment Method to remove it from your account.
Click View Past Invoices under Invoice History to see past billing invoices.
