The HTML Embed template makes it easy to embed a Google Spreadsheet, so you can share it with your audience, wherever they are.
Here’s a brief video to show you how it works, using the steps below:
Step 1: Get the embed code.
The first thing you’ll need is the embed code from your Google Spreadsheet, which you can get by going to File → Publish to the Web.
Choose to publish either a specific sheet, or the entire spreadsheet, and select to share it as a web page.
Once that is completed, copy the embed code from the embed tab.
Step 2: Create a presentation from the HTML Embed template.
In Presentations, click on “Add from Template” and choose the HTML Embed template.
Step 3: Paste your embed code into the HTML embed component.
Next to “HTML Embed”, click on “Edit”. Delete the default code, and paste in the code you copied previously.
While most embed codes should work, keep in mind that you may need to follow the provider’s instructions to make some adjustments to make it look good on your display.
The below code snippet includes a link to an example spreadsheet.:

Now that you know how to embed Google Spreadsheets, you can add them to show in your digital signage presentations.
