As you add displays at new schools or buildings, you may need to quickly create similar content across all your locations. With an Enterprise or Unlimited license, you can make this easy by sharing a presentation you’ve created as a template so that others in your organization can use it.
Presentations you’ve shared as templates can be accessed by all users in your company and all users in your sub-companies.
Here’s a quick video tutorial:
Saving a template
- Click on “Presentations”.
- Choose the presentation you’d like to use as a template.
- Click on the ellipsis icon. If the presentation was created from a blank template, click “Settings”.
- Click on “Save Presentation as a Template” and then check the box for “Yes”.
Using a template
- Click on “Presentations”.
- Click on “Add Presentation”.
- At the top of the template gallery, choose the “Shared Templates” tab.
- Click “Add” next to a template to create a new copy of it.
Making changes
Once you’ve made a copy of the template to use as your presentation, you can safely make changes to the copy without affecting the original template. If it supports branding, your branding will be applied automatically.
To change the original template, find the presentation you made it from and make your changes to that presentation. When you publish the changes, it will update the template so that they are included in all future copies of it.
