In posted previews both loop. You are saying that they do not loop when pushed to a player?

Upon further investigation I see this http://cincydonuts.com/DS/IMAGES/BG/w5ene7jfymhnr9ovzk36.jpg published as JPEG. I am wondering are you using both JPEG and GIF images in your presentation? If that is the case, perhaps placeholder with JPEG image has higher Z-index value; therefore, it is covering placeholder with GIF image. Just a theory. To know for sure one must look at the presentation.

    OR

If you made a change from static JPEG image to animated GIF, but have not PUBLISHED it, then it simply did not get pushed to the player.

    BUT

upon even further investigation... the gif file is way to 'heavy.' It is large in size...38MB which would not be a problem if it was not an animated gif. This stuff is processed differently. I cannot explain it accurately now without references. It is harder for processor to deal with large animated gifs then with videos of the same size. My little test Intel Stick was throttling like crazy with that gif; it was unusable. Even downloading the image itself took a while. I say you need to reduce the size, or even better, convert it to video file. OR if you insist on using GIF, then you can do a trick. Crop your the GIF file to the 'moving' area... lower right portion. This will give 'lighter' gif file. Then overlay that gif file precisely over the static JPEG background. Although, I prefer video option better.

Alright, here is video file I made of your GIF file for you: https://storage.googleapis.com/risemedialibrary-77d65575-178b-499c-a476-eb66c5424a89/Acme%20Sign%20C...

Quality is the same, weights about 3X less and plays much smoother with the Video Widget.

BTW, kudos to the Rise Vision team for such great improvement to the widget. It processes video loops way smoother then I have experienced in the past.
