    Hi Darius,

I can't think of any off the top of my head, except make sure you are running Windows, as only our Windows Player can go across multiple Displays. The Linux Player does not include this feature.

I look forward to hearing how you make out!

Don't say that! You don't know how many times I have looked at your answers and said...well, if Darius knows what he is doing, I guess that is good!

Hi, so it does not work for me for some reason. The App just does not pick up display's resolution. It is Windows 10 64bit  PC, 3 displays (horizontal). The presentation is set correctly and previews nicely. However, in RV App only first display is showing presentation's content. The other two stay black. In Display control panel it is recognizes as 1080p resolution display. What is weird, when I try to get the screen capture thru display's control panel I get black image, which possibly means the app is capturing one of the black displays, possibly the middle one.

Is there a way manually to change that by modifying one of the local RV Player files? Please I need help with this.

Screen capture is locked on the third display, the far right side of presentation and shows. It is a problem Huston!

I tried editing .gcs-local-data & display_config file by changing resolution manually. Did not work. Looks like they just go back to 1920X1080 resolution.

Also tried removing, re-adding, restarting... nothing worked. This is the Pro RV Display App & Nvidia 1050 video card with 3 HDMI outputs.

    Darius,

Have you edited the RiseDisplayNetworkII.ini file in the rvplayer folder? This article contains all the info on how to do that: https://help.risevision.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003613806-Configure-Rise-Player-to-use-multiple-Dis...

Robb, of course not! How I was supposed to know this was necessary ))) Anyway, thanks man for your help, it worked! You are the best thing that happened to me today so far LOL. Also, I hope RV have planned adding this as a setting at some point in the future?
