    Hi there Mike!

     

    We apologize for this issue, we rolled out the fix for it, however it has not reached everyone just yet.

    To get this fix ASAP, you can download and install the latest version of the Player from here: https://help.risevision.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001519126-Install-Rise-Player-on-Windows

     

    Once again, we do truly apologize for the trouble, and if you have any issues with that latest version, please be sure to let us know. Thanks!

    I was getting the same error.  Tried to reinstall--same problem.  Any updates or solutions?

    Hi Rob,

    I followed the link you provided, but the issue still remains.  That download was the same size as the installer I previously had.  I'll do some more testing and let you know how I get on.
