How do I have text scrolling, but keep "header" text at the top for the

Hi There!

I have a bit of a confusing question.

 

I want to have text scroll with students name for after school activities, but I want the text at the top (or a separate text widget) to stay there, until the text is finished, and moves onto the next item in the playlist.

 

For example:

CLUB #1 (top - stays for duration of scrolling)

Student names (Scroll)... when finished --> CLUB #2 (stays for duration of scrolling), below names scroll.
