Can anybody point me to a startup document for using RV on a Windows AD network?
Things like settings for auto login, power management and disabling popups. I have been using Chromeboxes and wireless and now we are moving to Win 10 and Ethernet, which forces us onto AD. lots more things to configure and 12 ways to set each one. Any hints appreciated.

Brian, it is hard to keep documentation for Win 10 to-do-list because Windows updating and changing things here and there.
Most of what you are asking has been covered in this forum.
You gonna need to create local user (I create it without password), disable lock-screen and allow auto-login (netplwiz?). Power management straight forward - never sleep for both screen and pc. Notifications all can be disabled in settings. I forbid apps to use cameras, microphones etc. I also always disable Bluetooth (if present), make device un-discover-able on the network, disallow casting to the device etc. Go through the settings and use common sense. -
Hello Brian,
The explorer.exe is not running when the Rise Player runs. It can (if you enable it) restart your computer, restart the Rise Player, and reboot on a schedule from the web control panel. Notifications should also be suppressed by the application. Certain Windows notifications generated from the security system are also not suppressed. These types of notifications can appear on top of your Presentation, such as the Creators update notice from Microsoft. Otherwise, other applications are unable to pop up in front.
Hopefully this help!
Cheers,
Mike
