    Aimee,

Are you using the Chrome App Player? If so, you can remove the Rise Player Chrome extension to uninstall, then add it back to reinstall.

The steps to install / reinstall Rise Player can be found at this link: https://help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display?cid=f114ad26-949d-44b4-87e9-8528afc76ce4

    UF COE,

To uninstall, if you are using Windows go into the Start Menu and you will see the "Uninstall Rise Vision Player" option listed under Rise Vision. If you are using Linux, navigate to the unity ball and search for "Rise Vision" and you will see the same "Uninstall Rise Vision Player" option.

To reinstall Rise Player, follow the instructions laid out in the documentation that Justin provided above: https://help.risevision.com/user/create-a-display.

I could not easily find the uninstall - it should appear in my extensions or the Control Panel > Programs. instead I had to Google how to remove it from the Windows menu.  I was only using it to test our product which your users use inside your display system and found a solution for one of those users . I will still be adding it to our support section as a supported platform so you may get some traffic from us afterwards. (see https://feed.mikle.com, the world's leading RSS feed widget)

    Tim,

When you are logged in as the user running the Rise Vision Player, in your Start Menu, you will see the Rise Vision Player shortcuts, and from there you can select to uninstall it.

    I hope that helps!
