Hello Rise Vision Users,
Welcome to the new Rise Vision Community! We are excited for our new home.
We have migrated over your user account. If you log in via a Google account, click “Sign In” in the upper right corner and then click “Sign in with Google”. Enter your Google credentials as requested.
The new community is part of our Zendesk support system; and by logging into the community with your Rise Vision username/password your previous ticket history is at our fingertips to help us better serve you. So please be sure to login to the new community with your Rise Vision username/password so we can serve you better.
As part of the migration we have migrated over your user account. You will not need to create a new account.
- If you usually login to the community via a Google account, navigate to the new community and click “Sign In” in the upper right corner and then click “Sign in with Google”. Enter your Google credentials as requested.
- If you usually log in with a Get Satisfaction account, you will have to reset your password as we were not able to migrate over passwords for security reasons. In order to reset your password navigate over to the new community, click on the “Sign In” button in the upper right corner. Click on the “Forgot my password” link fill in your email address and follow the directions emailed to you to set a new password.
We have migrated over just a portion of the old community, but never fear you can still reference old posts at community.risevision.com if you need to search for an older post. The old community will remain available as a read-only resource for you as we build up the new community.
