I am the new tech person at my school. Rise Vision was set up and running/working when I started. I am not familiar with Rise Vision player at all. I know how to log into our Rise Vision web site and that is about it. This is a problem because our Rise Vision player is not working at all. We kept getting the update message and I researched how to get that to go away/fixed. I have an outside tech person come in once a week and help me out with issues that I don't know how to fix. She was able to get that issue resolved. Now my player is saying that I don't have any internet connection. Our internet is working in our building. I have checked the AP that it is connected to and it is working. I don't know how to get into the player to troubleshoot. I believe that we have a Chromestick in our TV that makes Rise Vision work. I need help, please!
