    Hey everyone!

We discovered this issue this morning, and have gotten it corrected. You can read more here: https://help.risevision.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115011186966-Issues-with-Schedules-not-showing-URL-s-has-been-resolved, and to get this corrected ASAP on your Display, you only need to reboot the media player.

We apologize for the error, and if you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to let us know.

    Thanks!

Todd, do all of the URLs not show, or just some of them?

Also, could you add this URL to your schedule and see if it works: http://prodo.us/dsigns/NoXframe/index.html

It appears I'm seeing this too.  Darius, I tried to send your URL...along with my own regular website URL to a few displays.  Either a spinning screen, or no change from a previous presentation.  Odd.

Alex, that is really odd because I tried too and all worked as usual. I am using wired Win10 players.

Agreed.  Haven't seen this issue before.  Have you tried restarting or rebooting by chance to see if they reconnect successfully?

I tried on a few Win 7 devices and a Win 10 device with the same result.  Some wired, some wifi.  Switch them to a presentation and it pops up immediately.  Switch back to any URL and it's unsuccessful.  Guess I gotta do some more troubleshooting...

I've removed everything from the schedule except for one URL item and all I get now is just the spinning circle of dots loading. Nothing ever comes up. It doesn't matter the URL I specify; any URL item does it.

I have the same issue with arm Raspbian GNU/Linux 8.0 (jessie) running RisePlayerElectron 2017.10.16.19.40 Standard. No URLs are loading.

I am experiencing the same issue since this morning. Yesterday displays were fine, but today just the spinning circle of dots loading. I reboot the system, restart the player but nothing helps. NO URL is loading, but looking the URL on browser it works fine.

Update! This morning, after nightly reboot, both test displays get their entire schedules broken by URL in playlists. However, I can play the same URL in a presentation using Web Page widget. To some this might be a workaround until RV can sort this out. Personally, I never play URLs in a schedule directly anyway. I always put them in presentations first and then pull these presentations to schedules.

Thanks. Seems to be working as expected again now.
