    Hi there!

    Can I ask you to try downloading and installing the latest version of the Installer to see if that corrects the issue?

    We are rolling out a fix for this issue, but if you want to take advantage of that fix ASAP, you can download and install the latest version of the Player from here: https://help.risevision.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001076406-How-to-update-Rise-Player

    I installed the newest available player on the brand new Windows 10 Pro machine and got this message. Installed older version and the player worked fine. Any ideas?
