    Hey Darius,

This was inadvertently introduced this afternoon while fixing another (minor) problem. Our developers have looked into it and have a fix prepared. They just need to do their final review. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

In addition, when renaming copied files, the system does not automatically picks up the file extensions and requires extension name to be entered manually. For example, when renaming 'image(1).png' one cannot just leave 'image' because then system thinks it is a folder name; therefore' needs manually add '.png' to the file name, so it looks like that; 'image.png'

Robb, decided to give it a try and it still does not work for me. Nothing changed, I still cannot move files to sub-folders.

2 year old thread, but I have same problems. I can not move a image from a subfolder to a lower subfolder. Like Darius also say I cannot see the sub-folders within the folders when I click on the image and choose move. I only see the "higher" subfolders.

    Hi Kenneth,

Thank you for letting us know about this behavior!

It seems there is still an issue as I'm not able to move images to sub-folders within folders from my end either.

I've pulled the developers in to take a look. We'll follow up with you here once we have more information.

    Hi Kenneth,

Just wanted to follow up here!

When you are trying to navigate to the sub-folder when moving your images, are you double-clicking on the parent folder containing the desired sub-folder?

    Thanks!

Sorry for delay. I have been very busy with other troubleshooting. In the meantime my trial period is over and I can no longer try if there are still problems because I'm not able to upload images, folders, etc. anymore.

    Hello Kenneth,

I've extended your trial by 14 days, starting today - could you check and see if you're still having issues with your storage? If so, just let us know. :)

Finally got some time. I just tried to move a image to a subfolder. I recorded it and you can watch it here: https://youtu.be/--6wc8CVrvQ

    Kenneth,

Looking at your video, you are currently in a Sub Folder. When the option comes up to move the image, it is showing the main Storage folder. You need to select the Sub Folder you are in, and then you will see the folder you want to move to.

This video shows what I mean. Can you let me know if that works for you?

    Thanks!

Problem is that I can not see all the subfolders below the subfolder. So when I click the subfolder it do not show the child-subfolders. Have a look here: https://youtu.be/yWLlzG8Zn-c

    Kenneth,

You need to double click on the folder when you have it open in the selector.

A quick double click on that folder will take you into it, and then you should be able to move it to there.

Let me know if that helps!
