How do I edit my forum profile?
Currently under 'Edit profile' I get this message: "The name, profile photo, phone, and email are set automatically. You can't change them here."
How/where do I change them then?

Sorry for the delay here! This is unfortunately a Zendesk limitation. I just made a test account and it looks like we can edit the e-mail address associated with your community account by changing it in the help desk as well, but we can't separately edit the community account's e-mail address from the help desk.
If you'd like us to change your help-desk e-mail address, please send a ticket in to support@risevision.com and we'll get that taken care of for you. :)

Looking back, my answer was pretty unclear.
Your Community profile pulls your e-mail address from your Help Desk profile. If we change the primary contact e-mail on your Help Desk account, it should change your Community profile's e-mail address as well. These cannot be separate e-mail addresses from what I am seeing with my tests.
