    Thanks all for the feedback!

    We have just released the fix to Apps (https://apps.risevision.com/) and Classic Editor (https://rva.risevision.com/) as well.

    You may need to clear cache and cookies to be able to sign in without issues. 

    If you still have troubles signing in, please take a look at our help article.

    Both clearing cache and incognito worked for me.

    Hi, Clearing the Cache and using Incognito mode worked for me, but now I cannot access my storage or change items on my presentations.

    One of our users has the issue and incognito and clearing cache did not work.

    Problem is becoming more widespread for our users, luckily I was able to get on with Incognito... Any update?

    Cache clearing did not enable login.

    Incognito did not enable login.

    Beta version successfully accessed and functioned without failure.

    Thanks guys for the beta-app to allow us access during this issue. Your efforts appreciated. 

    Unfortunately I require the classic editor and that redirects back to the login problem. So I cannot edit any presentations.

    Clearing entire history of cache, cookies, etc and attempted again with incognito mode did not work.

    Just wanted to let you know.

    Thanks for the beta fix. It allows me to log in but when I go to add/delete slides using the classic editor it redirects me back to the login screen and I cannot login.

    Clearing cache, history and cookies as well as going into private mode didn't do anything.

    I haven't been able to get in either utilizing any of the suggestions. Our presentations cannot be updated until this is fixed. Please do keep everyone updated on the status of the resolution. I know this inconvenient for everyone, but we're going to have to find a solution on our own soon if this drags out much longer. Thank you.

    I was logged out and cannot log-in again. Cashe cleaned, tried incognito mode and different browser... nothing works.

    You still having this issue? I tried and I can log in and out, Incognito and regular window no problem.

    Robb, Sign-In with Google does not work for me at all, no matter what I do (should have been more specific from the beginning).

    Just RV Apps, works fine with Google Apps. Also, interestingly, I am able to log in with my other Google account, which is also connected to RV.

    lol...well that's bizarre!

    Did you want to reach out in a Support ticket and we can look into the user you're trying to log in as? Any chance it was maybe marked as Inactive?

    Well... nothing lol about that ))) It was a very active account... the most active account I have. Matter of fact I was logged out while working on something I was planning to finish today. Not gonna happen now. Not sure when I am gonna be able to continue working. Yes, I would like to start a support ticket. Again, how I do that? That HELP button at the corner?
