    Hi Lhcsignage!

     

    We did have a bug with an previous installer that caused this. Can you confirm you are using the newest installer from this article when you are installing?

    I can confirm that I am using that exact installer from that link. I am still unable to set up the screen.

    I've had the same exact version. Then Alan remoted in and he was able to install the player, but he said all was OK and really I do not know what happened there and what was done. And still, there is one abnormality with that install. Installed RV apps do not appear in the Windows search, but can be found in the list of installed Apps. Not a big deal, but this is not normal as I do not get this with previously installed RV Apps.
