Lee, this is not a problem and has nothing to do with Rise Vision; this is how 1080p (1920X1080) presentation looks on a 4K (four times larger resolution - 3840x2160) screen. This 'problem' goes away when you create presentations matching the resolution of screens they are playing on. As a quick fix, if your player is a Windows device, go to Windows settings > display settings > change resolution from 4K to 1920X1080. Alternatively, check the TV (display) settings if you can adjust the resolution in there, but this is somewhat unlikely.

    Hi Lee!

Darius' explanation above is what I would recommend. You'll need to created a Presentation in the resolution of 3,840x2,160 if you'd like to take full advantage of a 4k Display. Keep in mind, at that resolution some default font sizes may be incredibly difficult to read. You might want to test some different settings before putting anything into production.

You can see our Getting Started article Create a Presentation for information on changing the resolution of a Presentation.
