    All I can say is do not use Wintel anymore. I have not seen this behavior before from other reputable PC hardware manufacturers. I am not sure this issue is Windows OS related (it might be if Wintel is using some custom build with interesting settings), maybe something in BIOS, maybe some motherboard problems occurred when the network changed. Try updating the BIOS and motherboard drivers. I cannot know for sure or guess. One would really need to have one of those 'bad boys' to investigate what's wrong with them.

    That's a weird one Jim,

    What happens if you restart the Wintel PC Stick after you have connected to the new monitor? Does everything return?
