    Hi Cesar!

As Darius describes below, aspect ratio may be a problem (if you're seeing empty 'bars' on the top or sides of your Presentation). It looks like you have a helping hand there! :)

If image size is your main concern (the image being really tiny within your Presentation), you can try adjusting the settings for this Presentation:

    1. Access Settings:

    2. Select 'Top Left' and 'Scale To Fit' after choosing your desired image from 'Storage'.

    Good luck!

Cesar, this is as confusing as it can be. 1920X1080 resolution is the same resolution for 32in or 65in displays. Your image also must be the same resolution. You not getting any advantage out of larger resolution images on smaller resolution displays. They all get scaled down to match the resolution of your display. You only can suffer from smaller resolution images on larger resolution displays. Those will look less sharp. Now, I understand your problem is in the proportions of your image. Those do not translate correctly to fit within 1920X1080 resolution. The best thing is to open it in some graphics processing program such as Photoshop and resize/crop the image. If you cannot do it yourself, then you gonna need to talk to a designer ))) You can email it to me: d.aleksas@mail.com and I will do it for you and email it back. I promise it will fit your presentation just fine.

    Thank you Adrian / Darius

I tried what Adrian said before posting the comment but that did not work. I used paint (maybe not the best software) to resize the image to 1920*1080 and it did not help. It looks like we have a new background that will fit perfectly, we are checking that.

    Thanks again for the help.

Ha! just tried paint again just for fun and it worked. Maybe the problem was the cached version?

    Thanks again

I'm glad to hear that it got updated Cesar!

Were you storing the file at Rise Vision Storage? Or a different location? I wonder if caching could have indeed been the culprit.
