Today we've had 2 customers report that their presentations have quit playing. Upon inspection, it looks as though the Rise Players are not running at all and Rise Vision Presentation Check isn't automatically starting the playing again. On the Rise Vision Display Status, the players are still reporting online, however no screenshot populates when trying to view.
Is there a log file I can check to see why the player is failing?
So far, rebooting the media player brings back the Rise presentation, however after some time it fails/crashes again. This isn't occurring on all displays at the problematic locations, however it's been observed twice now, so I thought I'd check in with your team.

I've attempted updating the Rise player version on one media player and am monitoring it now.
