    I currently do not get the emails for this account.  Is there a way to update it so they come to me?

    Hi!

    Would you be able to email us directly at support@risevision.com? The information that I'll need is the Display ID of the Chrome box, and the name of the Presentation that is running on the Chrome box Display.

    You can find the Display ID by following the steps under the Where can I find my Display ID? section in this guide: What is a Display ID?
