    Hi Ville!

Currently we do not have any workarounds for this aside from using smaller/less demanding videos. The good news is that Chromium may be getting full GPU acceleration, though unfortunately we do not have an ETA for this

Does the memory split setting in raspi-config have any known effect on this?

I generally have been increasing GPU memory to 128 (default is 64) but if GPU acceleration isn't enabled in Chrome yet, maybe its best to leave it at the default 64..

    Recommendations?

    Hi IT Meeskond,

The memory split does have a small part but without GPU acceleration you're right, it's not quite as important. We do not have a recommended memory split but generally if I am running on a resolution at 1920*1080 then I like to set it to 128mb because the Pi does benefit from the ram increase if you are running a large resolution.
