    Curtis,

Which version of Rise Player are you using? If you're using an unmanaged ChromeOS device, on ChromeOS 66 or later, the video will not autoplay because of a change to Chrome by Google that disables autoplay.

The developer of that Widget suggests that you close Rise Player, open a browser window in ChromeOS, navigate to chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy and change this to no gesture is required.

Curtis, YT videos do autoplay on windows and custom HTML when using an embedded playlist with video/s (HTML Widget) instead of separate video.

No, I did not say that. It works with embed code in HTML widget when embedding PLAYLIST instead of a single video. Create your YT account > create playlist >add videos to playlist > embed playlist. Update playlist when needed from YT account. You do not need to use YT Widget for this.

    Curtis,

Please see my above comment on the change to Chrome in version 66. The video won't auto start on unmanaged Chrome devices or Previews.

Curtis, see what Blake is saying. If this is the case, then follow his advice. If you have Windows Player, then I will get you the right HTML.

I am not using a Chrome device. I am using an android box (Minix 6) for the digital box. For setting up the digital display I am using a windows machine. On the minix box I have my rise player and thats how it is set up.

Thank you Blake and Darius for your help.

You will need to contact the developer of My Rise Player for help on that. I'm not sure if they use Google Chrome to display Presentations.

The Presentation Preview will not autostart if you are using Google Chrome 66 or above.
