    Hi Darius,

I spoke with our dev team on this and they have advised that the only proccess they kill are these:

     chrome.exe, installer.exe, and javaw.exe

They also noted that we do that to make sure all of our software is stopped before restarting and to reduce conflicts. We also kill explorer.exe to put it into a sort of kiosk mode.

After quitting, the only process that gets restarted is explorer.exe

Are you seeing any different processes being shutdown ? If so can you let us know which ones?

Hey Tyler, and what about the input (on-screen keyboard) processes? I know you are hacking those too. Maybe this has something to do with that? I have experienced that twice today and I can tell you that this is happening constantly on different players. The scenario: I remote into the machine that has some sort of an issue, then I kill RV after what explorer restarts, but the pointer is missing. It is there, though. I can intuitively move it to where I need it to be and select/click things. It is functional, but 'invisible.' It is really annoying. I usually reboot the player and wait for RV startup interface to pop up where I kill it before it started killing windows processes. SO, obviously, RV has everything to do with this problem.

In addition to this. There is another problem related to this. Today, one of the players got this windows message about the pending update. I always have an option to select the different time, which I prefer doing, but as soon as I click it, it all goes away. I believe it has something to do with the killing explorer process. I do not get to choose or do anything. If I just left it like that, then it will pop up back again in a few minutes. My only option is to kill RV and restart after the update. You need to think of something related to that. Can you somehow kill all those so-called 'balloon?' pop-ups from Windows?

    Hi Darius,

I am currently getting more info on the on-screen keyboard and similar processes. As for the cursor issue I haven't encountered this, and neither has anyone in our team that I spoke with. Can you let me know what remote software you are using so I can try and replicate this?

We are working hard to get these windows 10 updates/pop upsfixed but unfortunately it's an uphill battle with Windows. After you click 'choose a time', in my experience you can alt-tab to the 'time choosing' section. Though it's possible that has changed without Windows. We are always working on reducing the dialog popups but Windows is actively working to do the opposite!

I'll get back to you soon with more information on the on-screen keyboard process

Tyler, I am using Chrome Remote Desktop. This might be it. A very common issue for me like half of the time if not more.
