In the past few days we've gotten multiple reports of the Spreadsheet Widget not showing data and reporting the below error message and not showing data even when the Spreadsheet is set to public with link.
"To use this Google Spreadsheet it must be publicly accessible. To do this, open the Google Spreadsheet and select File > Share > Advanced, then select On - Anyone with the link."
We believe this is due to an issue on Google’s end as we have not made any changes recently that would cause this and we’ve seen multiple people reporting the same issue to Google.

We’re going to continue to monitor the issues and conversations and we're working on opening a ticket with Google. We will update you when the issue is resolved, but unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do to fix it now.
As a workaround some users have had luck copying their data to a new sheet but the issue has often come back a couple of days later.
